About Us

Global Angel Charity Organization was founded by the Courneyea family in Peterborough Ontario Canada in memory of their daughter Carole who passed away at the age of twenty two years after a brief battle with leukemia.

Global Angel is a fitting tribute to Carole whose passionate vision in life was to complete her nursing studies and work in the medical flight environment. Not only did Carole cherish life but she was avid in her volunteer activities throughout her short but fulfilling life. During the course of Carole’s treatments, she also required medical transportation both provincially and internationally.

Global Angel Charity Organization is a non – profit organization of medical and aviation experts dedicated to assisting those inflicted by illness and injury with medical transportation between Canadian provinces and Internationally.

The directors and volunteers each share a commitment to assisting those persons who need medical transportation to appointments, repatriation globally, medical treatments and assessments outside of their province of residence and Internationally.
